Para salvar vidas, son necesarios el confinamiento y otras medidas restrictivas coordinadas. Sin embargo, estas medidas tambi\u00e9n pueden ralentizar gravemente nuestras econom\u00edas y retrasar las entregas de bienes y servicios esenciales. La Comisi\u00f3n Europea ha tomado medidas para garantizar la continuidad, sin interrupciones, de los servicios de transporte terrestre, fluvial y mar\u00edtimo, y a\u00e9reo. Estos servicios son de vital importancia para que el mercado interior de la UE funcione y responda eficazmente a la actual crisis de salud p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"traveladviceandbordermeasures\"><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\">Recomendaciones de viaje y medidas en materia de fronteras<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Las recomendaciones de viaje son competencia nacional, por lo que los ciudadanos deben comprobar si sus autoridades nacionales, por ejemplo, el Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores, han emitido una advertencia oficial de viaje relacionada con el destino previsto. Las recomendaciones de viaje se actualizan constantemente a medida que la situaci\u00f3n evoluciona.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la \u00faltima actualizaci\u00f3n (8 de abril de 2020), <strong>todos los Estados miembros de la UE han prohibido las concentraciones p\u00fablicas, han cerrado (total o parcialmente) los centros escolares y han introducido algunas restricciones en los viajes o en las fronteras.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"file-578307\" class=\"file file-image file-image-png file--image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"media-element file-wysiwyg img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/sites\/info\/files\/20200504_eu_covid_measures_eu27_002.png\" alt=\"EU covid measures\" width=\"1040\" height=\"720\" data-delta=\"7\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"btn btn-ctn\" href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/transport\/coronavirus-response_en\">Resumen de las medidas nacionales por pa\u00eds<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"temporarynonessentialtravelrestrictions\"><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\">Restricciones temporales de los viajes no esenciales<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Para contener la propagaci\u00f3n del virus, el 16 de marzo la Comisi\u00f3n Europea recomend\u00f3 a los Estados miembros que aplicaran una restricci\u00f3n coordinada temporal de 30 d\u00edas de los viajes no esenciales desde terceros pa\u00edses con destino en la UE. Tras la aprobaci\u00f3n de los dirigentes de la UE, todos los Estados miembros de la UE (excepto Irlanda) y todos los pa\u00edses asociados a Schengen (Islandia, Liechtenstein, Noruega y Suiza) aplican ahora esta restricci\u00f3n de los viajes.
