{"id":4447,"date":"2021-02-02T19:26:24","date_gmt":"2021-02-02T19:26:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ayex.es\/ayexlegal\/?p=4447"},"modified":"2021-02-02T19:27:58","modified_gmt":"2021-02-02T19:27:58","slug":"refuerzo-de-las-restricciones-de-entrada-a-espana-por-via-aerea-desde-brasil-y-sudafrica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ayex.es\/ayexlegal\/2021\/02\/02\/refuerzo-de-las-restricciones-de-entrada-a-espana-por-via-aerea-desde-brasil-y-sudafrica\/","title":{"rendered":"REFUERZO DE LAS RESTRICCIONES DE ENTRADA A ESPA\u00d1A POR V\u00cdA A\u00c9REA DESDE BRASIL Y SUD\u00c1FRICA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4448 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ayex.es\/ayexlegal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Captura-de-pantalla-2021-02-02-a-las-20.19.36-640x364.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"524\" height=\"298\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ayex.es\/ayexlegal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Captura-de-pantalla-2021-02-02-a-las-20.19.36-640x364.png 640w, https:\/\/ayex.es\/ayexlegal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Captura-de-pantalla-2021-02-02-a-las-20.19.36-768x437.png 768w, https:\/\/ayex.es\/ayexlegal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Captura-de-pantalla-2021-02-02-a-las-20.19.36-320x182.png 320w, https:\/\/ayex.es\/ayexlegal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Captura-de-pantalla-2021-02-02-a-las-20.19.36.png 1066w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 524px) 100vw, 524px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"justificado\">El Consejo de Ministros ha acordado aumentar las restricciones de entrada a Espa\u00f1a por v\u00eda a\u00e9rea desde la Rep\u00fablica Federativa de Brasil y la Rep\u00fablica de Sud\u00e1frica.<\/p>\n<p class=\"justificado\">De esta manera, solo podr\u00e1n realizarse vuelos a Espa\u00f1a que est\u00e9n ocupados por ciudadanos espa\u00f1oles o andorranos, as\u00ed como residentes en ambos pa\u00edses o pasajeros en tr\u00e1nsito internacional a un pa\u00eds no Schengen con escala inferior a 24 horas, sin abandonar la zona de tr\u00e1nsito del aeropuerto espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n<p class=\"justificado\">La medida entrar\u00e1 en vigor a las 9:00 a.m. (hora peninsular) del d\u00eda 3 de febrero de 2021 y se extender\u00e1 durante 14 d\u00edas, hasta las 9:00 a.m. (hora peninsular) del d\u00eda 17 de febrero, pudi\u00e9ndose prolongar en funci\u00f3n de la evoluci\u00f3n de la pandemia y de la coordinaci\u00f3n de medidas a nivel comunitario.<\/p>\n<p class=\"justificado\"><strong>Acci\u00f3n decidida del Gobierno<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"justificado\">El acuerdo se encuadra en la acci\u00f3n decidida del Gobierno para proteger la salud y seguridad de los ciudadanos, contener la progresi\u00f3n de la enfermedad y reforzar los sistemas sanitarios y sociosanitarios, y en sinton\u00eda con las que han sido recomendadas en el \u00e1mbito de la coordinaci\u00f3n europea.<\/p>\n<p class=\"justificado\">Adicionalmente, est\u00e1n en l\u00ednea con el objetivo establecido por el Comit\u00e9 de Emergencias de la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud y por el Centro Europeo para la Prevenci\u00f3n y el Control de Enfermedades de interrumpir la propagaci\u00f3n del virus, adoptando medidas firmes para detectar la enfermedad de manera precoz, aislar y tratar los casos, hacer seguimiento de los contactos y promover medidas de distanciamiento social acordes con el riesgo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"justificado\">Adem\u00e1s, se contemplan otras exenciones relativas a vuelos de aeronaves de Estado, servicios de b\u00fasqueda y salvamento, vuelos con escala en territorio espa\u00f1ol con fines no comerciales y que tengan por destino final otro pa\u00eds, vuelos exclusivos de carga, posicionales (ferry) y humanitarios, m\u00e9dicos o de emergencia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">(Fuente: Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores y La Moncloa)<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; El Consejo de Ministros ha acordado aumentar las restricciones de entrada a Espa\u00f1a por v\u00eda a\u00e9rea desde la Rep\u00fablica Federativa de Brasil y la Rep\u00fablica de Sud\u00e1frica.
